Success Criteria
The project will be considered successful if the cafeteria consistently offers a clear selection of healthier meals — at least 20–30% of the menu — and students actually choose them during the day. The food should stay fresh and not feel too heavy, and it should be possible to get it even during the main break without too much stress.
Another sign of success is if fewer students feel the need to leave campus or skip meals just because they can’t find anything normal to eat. If the cafeteria becomes a place where you can get a simple, balanced meal quickly and without problems, then the project has achieved its goal.
